WP Engine Agency Partner
WordPress, engineered by Sweent and hosted on WP Engine
Custom builds, careful migrations, headless front ends and ongoing care, on the managed WordPress platform we trust with our clients' sites.
Sweent is a veteran-owned software engineering firm and a WP Engine Agency Partner. We design and build WordPress sites, move existing ones onto WP Engine without downtime, and keep them fast, secure and accessible after launch.
A WP Engine Agency Partner, with a dedicated team behind us
WP Engine admits agencies to its partner program and assigns each one a partner team. Sweent's projects are backed by a senior partner development manager and a dedicated technical counterpart at WP Engine, so architecture questions, plan sizing and escalations reach the people who run the platform.
- A senior partner development manager for plan sizing, pricing and procurement questions
- A dedicated technical counterpart for architecture reviews and migrations
- WP Engine's security documentation, such as its SOC 2 report and ISO 27001 certificate, requested for your procurement review
- One point of contact: Sweent coordinates with WP Engine so your team does not have to

Questions about WordPress and WP Engine
-
Is Sweent a WP Engine partner?
Yes. Sweent is a member of the WP Engine Agency Partner Program, and our projects are supported by a dedicated partner team at WP Engine.
-
Does Sweent earn a commission if I buy WP Engine hosting?
Yes. When you buy through our partner link, WP Engine pays Sweent a referral commission. Your price is the same, and we would recommend WP Engine for WordPress sites either way.
-
Who owns the hosting account?
You do, if you prefer. You can hold your own WP Engine account and add Sweent as a user, or we can manage the account for you.
-
Can you move my site to WP Engine without downtime?
Yes. We copy the site to a WP Engine staging environment, test it with your team and switch DNS in a planned window, keeping the old host as a fallback until the move is confirmed.
-
Is WP Engine right for a government website?
WP Engine is audited every year under SOC 2 and holds ISO 27001 certification, which suits most state, local and public-facing sites. When a federal system needs a FedRAMP-authorized environment, we host it in AWS GovCloud instead.
-
Do you build headless WordPress sites?
Yes. We use WordPress as the content source and build the front end in React, Next.js or Astro, so editors keep the WordPress screens they already know.
